YOSS helps you understand your daily energy, water balance, and readiness through a single YOSS Score. We designed the app to keep your data on your device.
Stored on your device: life events you log (e.g. water balance, activity), YOSS Score history, an optional name you enter yourself, and app settings (language, appearance). This data stays on your device unless you share it via the system share sheet. If you have entered a name, it signs the state cards you choose to share — you see the card before it is sent, and clearing the name in Account removes it.
We do not collect (MVP): account registration, email, third-party analytics SDKs, or sale of personal data by default.
With your explicit consent (off by default), YOSS may send at most four anonymous aggregate reports from the device — on day 7, 30, 90 and 180. Nothing is sent before day 7. Declining changes nothing about how YOSS works.
Funnel and retention summaries — not a day-by-day diary; coarse device class, OS major version, locale group, and install week; your selected product goal category (energy / focus / health) as a preference declaration — not a health measurement; behavior counters, days when capabilities and patterns first appear, data-quality indicators, and product reliability counters — not score ranges or health-state shapes.
Name, weight, age, or sex; raw events or Apple Health values; free text; precise location; any ID that could link two reports from this install; score-band histograms, confidence distributions, or per-pattern health attributions.
You can turn this off later in Settings → Data & Privacy. Reports already sent cannot be recalled. There is no third-party analytics SDK. The controller for this policy is Roman Starinskiy, an individual developer without ИП — no LLC or sole-proprietorship entity is claimed.
YOSS does not require Apple Health for core functionality. With your permission, YOSS may read these Apple Health types on your device only:
Health data stays on your device and is governed by Apple’s Health permissions. YOSS does not write data to Apple Health (requestAuthorization(toShare: [], read:) — read-only).
Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive payment card details. Apple may provide subscription status to unlock Pro features.
If enabled, local reminders are scheduled from on-device YOSS Score state. Notification content is generated on your device.
YOSS is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Data remains on your device until you delete the app or reset app data.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data. Deleting the app removes locally stored data.
We may update this policy and publish the revised version with an updated effective date.
