YOSS helps you understand daily energy, water balance, and readiness through one YOSS Score and one clear action at a time.
Getting started
Complete the short intro, then open Today.
Use the main action on the YOSS Score card to log and update your score.
Swipe between Today cards for YOSS Core, context, and actions.
Subscriptions
YOSS Pro unlocks full prediction, weekly patterns, YOSS Life Book, and related Pro capabilities. Purchases and restores are handled by Apple.
Restore: Settings → What’s in Pro → Restore purchases, or open the paywall and tap Restore Purchases.
Manage or cancel: Settings → What’s in Pro → Manage Subscription, or iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Language & appearance
Settings → Language (tap Apply after choosing). Settings → Appearance for light, dark, or system theme.
Data & privacy
Your events and score history stay on your device. See Privacy Policy in Settings.
Apple Watch
Apple Watch is not required. YOSS works on the data available on your iPhone.
Changing phones
When you change phones, history does not move by itself — export your data first, then import it on the new device.
